This Q&A post is a continuation of the previous Q&A (‘Is it time to buy?’) earlier today.

Question: Well, I’m thinking that after today’s big sell off, there is more than likely a chance that things will rebound somewhat, whether big or small. Regardless of the media playing up the unnecessary sell down of stocks, we are bound to see some rise… which is good for me right? To make a quick buck?

Answer: “Unnecessary sell down”?? That’s where you’re wrong; the sell off, which has only just started, is VERY necessary – to bring prices back to a ‘normal’ level without the inflationary pressure of endless credit and leverage.
